The Programme began with the invocation by Ms. Aishwarya and team at 11.45am. Sri Rajaiah B., the convener of the function welcomed the chief guest Dr. S. N Omkar, Chief research scientist, Department of Aerospace Engineering, IISC Bengaluru. Sir has also welcomed the principal and all the dignitaries present on the dais with a bouquet. The introduction of the chief guest was done by Prof. Nagireddy, HOD of Physics. The Dr. Omakar was felicitated with the bouquet and memento by the principal Dr. Arunkumar Sonappanavar.

An approach for Trans-disciplinary research – in association with Physical and Life Science Departments. The programme was designed to enhance the awareness about renewable resources of energy which is future fuel. In order to achieve the economic improvement, ecological balance, sustainable development and nature friendly environment, it is inevitable to use non-conventional sources of energy. The main objective of this conference is to provide platform for young researchers, academicians and industrialists to disseminate the recent advancements in renewable sources of energy.
